We Eat DC

Hubby and I stopped in to Khans bar and grill today for lunch. It’s a Mongolian style BBQ grill spot. What a great choice on a sunny 80 degree day in the city!!!! I enjoyed the $10 lunch which included a fountain drink and a bowl of items I selected from the self serve veggie bar to have grilled along with my choice of meat and sauce. Veggie selections include broccoli, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, and more. Although you start off with a bowl, you end up with a very nice sized portion of food to work on after being grilled and served to you on a plate (along with steamed rice if you’d like). I loved the concept, the fast and friendly service, quality and freshness of food, cleanliness, eclectic mix of patrons, and the price this place has to offer. I will definitely be back :-D
